Technical Agreement with SIMTEL

Orinux and SIMTEL^* entered into a technical agreement on the 8th of December 2008.

Under this agreement, Orinux is to deliver, install and support the new highly available IBM platform to be used by SIMTEL with its new payment system. Orinux will also provide technical coaching and training (AIX, HACMP, ORACLE) to SIMTEL's technical team.

^* SIMTEL is the national switch of Rwanda operating an electronic payments system, manages ATMs and POS transaction and ancillary business. It was established in 2003 and has undergone a complete restructure under new ownership and management in 2008. Contact detail: info@simtel.co.rw
