  • constant availability: 24 x 7 x 365
  • preventive analysis of systems and status reports
  • a direct follow up by the Internet on the evolution of incidents
  • remote maintenance, preventative visits and emergency support
  • reports on closed incidents


Because we know of the potentially disastrous implications of a crisis situation, we do everything we can to prevent the elevation of problems to this level. Our service is focused on the prevention of incidents, with the setting of monitoring tools and alarms. By doing so we are able to anticipate the problems and carry out the necessary actions to rectify the situation before it becomes critical.
